PLEASE fix the panning in FL 20

There's an issue with the panning where it's 3 dB quieter on the sides than in the center. The panning law is set to circular.

I heard the sound engine was changed in FL 12 and it screwed up the circular panning law that they had.

In the video shown, I'm playing a sine wave and it's being panned back and forth using an LFO and then I'm merging the whole thing to mono. The big dB meter is reading from the master. Shouldn't there be no difference in volume no matter how far you have it panned over to a side?
