I just thought about this: what if we could modify mixer fader levels with a Level Scaling Tool (the same as the one in the piano roll)?
For example when you want to differenciate even more the dynamics of some sounds. Select the ones with the highest and lowest volume, open the Level scaling tool, turn up the Multiply fader to raise the higher faders and lower the lower ones. This could work really well for panning too!
Instead of using compressors, expanders, stereo spreaders, etc. you could simply select the tracks you want to edit and push their levels even more apart from each other. (this example is just for the multiply situation, but it would work the same for all the other Level Scaling Tool faders.
That would be soo coool.
