Hey!
I realize that the Fruity Granulizer had a little update fairly recently, but to me it's still not that usable. One of the biggest reasons for that is that while you are able to choose where the sample starts, you cannot choose where the sample ends.
So what it possible could be updated to is that you can mark with the mouse like in the playlist the area where you want to loop it.
I hate to be that guy, but please look at Ableton's Granulator for inspiration.
