While searching your forum, I came upon this 2016 response to a similar question of mine
“ You can't record to several Channels simultaneously using the same controller. If you'd like to use the same controller to trigger several Channels simultaneously you can record to a Layer, simply set any plugins you'd like to trigger as the Layers children.”
I’m able to record 16 audio-in channels to FLS via FireWire from my Motif XF. The XF can also send midi date via individual channels and I’m wondering if there’s been any workaround to allow FLS to record multiple midi channels simultaneously.
Like the fellow stated in his 2016 post, it’d save much time. Incidentally I did try saving my XF work as an SMF but I believe it was type 0 and I wasn’t able to split channels.
