Better updating experience for FL Studio

I think the process of updating FL Studio is very clunky, and could be improved.

Current Process
Whenever FL Studio has an update, it opens a popup with a "Download" button. This button goes to the website.
On the website, you download the trial version, then register it to use the full version.

Firstly, this is confusing to users who already bought the software. Why download the trial?
Secondly, it feels really clunky. Updating should be built into the program.

Proposed Process
Whenever FL Studio has an update, the "Download" button should automatically download the latest version in the background, without requiring the user to visit the website.
When the download is finished, it should automatically register, install, and prompt the user to restart to use the new version.

This type of updating is standard practice for services like Steam, Adobe and Google Chrome.
I'm not sure why it isn't standard for FL Studio.
