Lock Active/Mute State for the mixer + Smart Disable all plugins as default setting

Can we also get the Lock Active/Mute State for the mixer?

Because for example: when i'm using a reference track or wanna test out some routing techniques and i solo/unsolo the track/insert that I'm experimenting with, i have to select/deselect the channels again that i want to/don't want to listen to everytime.

The other thing is the smart disable function.

It would help out a lot if there's a smart disable all plugins option to put it as a default funtion (for example: templates)
It prevents my PC from from a high usage of CPU ofcourse and prevents my PC from getting very loud.
