Layer childs should not ignore their Time Shift settings
The "Layer" Meta-plugin would be a lot more useful if layered childs were to honor their individual Time Shift settings. As of 20.8.3, they ignore these settings, so fine-tuning the trigger times of layered instruments forbids the use of the Layer plugin (as it has no time shift parameter) and requires individual piano roll clones for each element - which is counter-intuitive and hinders workflow when you first create a layered sound and want to change a melody afterwards.
