Smother Leveling Meter in the Mixer and Fruity db Meter

The meters are not set to smooth enough, like in other DAWs, for example Pro Tools or Reason Studios. It's really interesting, but I level my vocals in, for example, Pro Tools First or Reason Studios. I can always say with certainty that they hit, for example at -10db.

I don't see that in FL Studio. I always thought I would peak at -10db, while it was -4 or -2 db. Much too hot. Anyway. Even the Fruity db meter doesn't help.
