Currently it's possible to "copy" note velocity from one pattern to another by saving one as a score or preset and quantizing the other one using the first as a template. With this one could also copy start time, duration, panning, pitch. It would be nice to be able to quantize user added pattern controls as well...
And [mainly] it would be awesome, if a user could use the selection tool to highlight an area to copy and then select an area in another pattern to 'paste' the pattern's characteristics to (like velocity or pattern controls) via quantization. Like a 'paste copied element' or 'quantize to copied element' option in the quantize menu or something so that harmonized parts that have already been written can quickly be matched (as best they can) to a melody or something.
A drop down with all available copy/paste options (velocity, panning, pattern controls) would be useful, but otherwise a 'paste' or slightly modified quantize menu would work just fine.
Honestly, just removing the saving score/ opening template in this process would really help (and opening quantization or copying and pasting to user added pattern controls) haha
