Option to keep in front a window or a panel

Assume that you have detached your mixer and a plugin.
If your mixer window size is bigger that your plugin and both are overlapped, clicking on your mixer will make you lose access to your plugin, having to minimize or move the mixer to reach the plugin.

So, if you're able to keep that plugin in front, all of these steps are gone, and may improve the user's workflow, especially when mixing mastering a project.

I would suggest to put an icon like a "cool" arrow pointing up (↑) on the window/panel and on their option menus as well.
