Date format by country

Image

"Time Project was started on dd-mm-yy hh:mm."
In the program, the project start time notation is dd-mm-yy hh:mm.
FL Studio is expected to support multiple languages, so localization of this part also seems necessary.
When you open the .po file, it is written as "This project was started on %s".
I think it would be better to use a letter instead of %s.

ex) "Time Project was started on dd-mm-yy hh:mm."
or, "Time Project was started on dd Day(s) mm Month(s) yyyy Years hh Hour mm Minute."

In Korea and Japan, it is written in yyyy Year mm Month dd Day, hh Hour mm Minute.
Korea (yyyy년 mm월 dd일, hh시 mm분) / Japan (yyyy年mm月dd日、hh時mm分)
