Switch to WebKit for the in-app browser

FL Studio is a very powerful software, and that brings with it a lot of complexity. Since there's so much in it, a lot of important things get left behind.

One example of this is the in-app browser. This browser is used in certain places in FL, such as Fruity HTML Notebook and the purchases windows. On Windows, this browser uses technology from Internet Explorer 11, as seen in this screenshot. Image
The user agent says it uses the Trident engine (the browser engine of Internet Explorer) and version 11, the last version of Internet Explorer.

While Internet Explorer is a very lightweight browser, it is severely outdated, and Microsoft is ending support for it next year, in 2022.

I propose that Image-Line switches to WebKit for this in-app browser. WebKit is Apple's open-source browser engine used in the Safari browser. It's open-source, lightweight, and is widely used in everything from embedded browsers to Apple devices. It supports modern web standards and will definitely be supported for much longer than IE, and there's many open-source implementations of WebKit that can be put into FL with minimal work.

Looking towards the future, it's important to leave outdated tech behind, since they can bring with them things like security risks and incompatibility. With that said, Image-Line can do that too.
