BETTER TECHNICAL SUPPORT
FL needs to seriously up their technical support team. It seems your company is about getting customers and once they've purchased your software, it takes a full business day to get a response from support, which can span out into weeks to resolve an issue. Reading under your 'reporting piracy tab', flaunting a full time legal team to 'kick pirates' where it hurts, yet you have handfuls of frustrated paying customers trying to figure out your product is upsetting. Maybe redirect some of those resources into hiring more than one person at a time who can help resolve technical problems or at least respond faster than once a day. When you're dealing with a thread of conversation, I don't believe one response a day translates to 'prompt technical support' as you claim you provide
