Pre-insert effects pane for instruments.

If every generator had a "Effects" tab like this (default routing shown)

where effects could be routed that are applied even before the audio is output to the mixer, that would

• be cool
• solve the implied problems that would come with this handy feature
• host a good fix for those who run out of mixer tracks

Would probably require a "per generator latency compensation", but if you think about it: this would then also enable negative shift times (I'm jumping to conclusions here but latency compensation is basically the same as "shift all others by how much is needed to compensate this latency" which is relatively equivalent to "shift me the other way by how much is needed to compensate this latency")
