Convert Piano Roll to Individual Note Channels

Is there an easy way to convert a piano roll, to individual channels split by key? (or key sections)

let me try explaining this in another way. So imagine you wrote a score in piano roll, but you want keys c3-f3 to be split to channel 1, keys c4d4 channel 2... etc...
OR lets consider another hypothetical situation, you want each individual piano key split to it's own individual channel (that way you can make each key press it's own instrument)

any ideas on quickest way to do so? or best method?
