New Playlist Time Marker Action
If there were a Playlist time marker action that allowed users to control where the Timeline's bar 1 begins without excluding everything before it from song exports like the "Start" action does, people could create song intros of any length before the bar count starts while keeping the Playlist's "4 bars light/4 bars dark" scheme looking tidy. Alternatively, an export option that includes everything before a "Start" time marker could be implemented.
