Project Info Genre List

So someone just decided to type out every genre they could think of into the project info box and call it a day. Then they got drunk and started typing out words that aren't even genres.

First thing is I think the list should be a tree view. The major genres as the first list, with their subgenres in the second menus. Currently it's just a mess. Like a teenager that throws all their laundry into one big pile and you can't find anything in there.
You have almost an entire screen worth of dead space at the bottom for notes. Why not have the genre box as a tab in the info box, and use the space for a professional genre description. A similar thing that comes to mind is iTunes professional curators make interesting notes about albums on the side that you can read.

Then you can have some examples of the selected genre there, maybe links even. And links to IL power users in that genre. And links to store sample packs and presets for that genre. And suggested BPM ranges, time signatures, popular note scales and tuning temperaments.
Sure people can google these things, but would be neat to have a little genre reference library built in.
