Playlist clips solid view mode - Grid should be visible with automation clips

So the title says it all again. Especially with automation clips it would be good if the grid could be seen through.
Much easier to do different kind of automations and there would be no need to guess that where the grid is, even when snap is on.
And yes, I know that I can see the grid from the next track but no thanks, this should be possible without any "tricks" or "hacks".
