As the tittle suggests, adding a way to check if Smart Disable is on/off for plugins in performance monitor, and also adding a method to toggle them might improve workflow a lot, instead of opening every plugin GUI, then opening the Wrapper options and changing the option every single time.
I suggest to add a column in the Performance Monitor labeled "Smart Disable", and put checks in a Plugin Manager-like style (when you enable-disable plugins).
