Remove old/discontinued plugins

FL got a whole lot of plugins (like the 7 band eq for the fruity reeverb 1 for example) that are outdated and got successors for a long time. Removing them from new installers/having a choice to seems like a fair option to help reduce plugin manager messiness and confusion for new users
