"Always visible" option for plugin windows

FL Studio keeps closing the video player, which is super annoying.
Even if I alt-click the video player to keep the window open while opening other plugins, it'll still auto-close when I double click an audio clip in the playlist.
And I don't want to disable "Auto select linked modules", because I still want that functionality, just not for the video player.

So can we get an option to completely lock the visibility of a plugin so it's never ever automatically hidden?
