"Consolidate and replace" option - Playlist

This option would allow the user an option to opt out of copying a consolidated audio file above the original audio in a new track, instead replacing the original audio with the consolidated processed audio, then muting effects and volume fader restored to default. This would save a bit of time for those who would prefer doing this every time, and now being able to Ctrl+Z everything.

This is more based off 'Freezing' feature of ableton's live which I'm sure you guys are familiar with.
