You can press Alt + Left click on the mute indicator of an insert to enable/disable that insert and all inputs and outputs, recursively. This is great because it allows you to take a Drums bus and with one click only hear the drums, with all intermediate buses, side-chains, and the source inserts enabled.
But if you want to add another bus and its connections, like for example listening to the bass and drums together, it seems you must now add all the intermediate buses and sources for the new bus manually. The Alt + Left click is for soloing only. It's not toggling the mute status for only the connected inserts, it will also mute everything that is not connected.
My proposal is to add some option to do the same as Alt + Left click, but just affecting the mute status of the clicked insert and its connected inserts. If I have 10 buses connected to Master, and I want to experiment by gradually mute/unmute them one at a time, this would allow me to do it in very few clicks.
