AFK timer for time spent in project info

An option to enable a simple away-from-keyboard timer would prevent hours and hours of extra time being added to the time spent on the project. Perhaps after 5 minutes of every audio source being paused and no keyboard/mouse/midi controller movement, it will subtract those 5 minutes and stop counting until the user does something.

This would be useful because I've become terribly inefficient at making music recently, and being able to gauge and understand how something affects my workflow is critical in order to become efficient again.
