Don't allow overlapping clips/notes

It'd be nice if we could select overlapping clips in the Playlist, like we can already do for notes in the Piano roll.
Or better yet, don't allow overlapping of identical clips/notes at all when they are perfectly on top of each other and exactly the same size.

Unfortunately this is a common occurrence in FL because Shift+Click on a clip/note creates a clip/note on top which is invisible to the eye.
You can also accidentally drag an identical pattern/note over another if you click near a pattern/note and your mouse drifts a bit. It happens very quickly so you don't notice it.

We shouldn't have to double-check every two seconds to see if things are overlapping.
Please stop allowing overlapping clips/notes.
