Scale Highlighting doesn't follow the project? REALLY?!?

Uhm... I've got two tracks written in different keys (imagine that!), and it's been incredibly frustrating to have to switch scale highlighting settings (which in itself is extremely cumbersome, needing to drill three menu levels down TWICE) every time I want to switch because FL Studio doesn't persist the scale highlighting setting at the project level.

Surely the project data model could be expanded to contain something so obviously project-specific.

I've got ideas for making the scale-highlighting menu easier to use -- I'll put those in a separate topic.
