Once an audio track has been created in the Playlist and an audio clip is dragged into it, the sample will be auto-linked to the audio track's mixer insert.
This behavior is great. There's just one major problem with it:
If you just wanted to move an audio clip to a different place in the Playlist and accidentally drag it into an audio track, the sample will lose its original routing and will never get it back until you link it back manually.
I've had so many bad surprises because of this.
Why not let the sample go back to its original routing once it leaves an audio track?
