midi data send issues with v20.9.2 [build2963]
I am having intermittent issues with note data from piano roll not being sent to or received by some of my instruments. Notably, in some projects, "Air - Strike VST " does not trigger on any note data. In other projects it seems to be fine. I think all the projects created with earlier versions are functioning properly, but the latest ones are flakey.
