Improve Windows popping up correctly

I notice weird quirks where I have to find a window hiding in the background.....

example

1. mixer: click on a plugin like decapitator, it pops up fine. but, click on Parametric EQ 2 and it's hidden in background. seems this way for all fl plugins

2. playlist editor: i have a drum loop. double click on the audio file and it opens in the background so i have to close all windows and go find it
