Proper markers, loop cycles and time signatures

Hi Guys,

I am not sure if this post should be in bug section or here, probably both, but I am posting it here. I have looked at the loop cycles and time signatures and this one is truly a mess that needs to be fixed asap.

1. Markers and time signatures are on the same lane, they need to have their own lanes so they don't overlap.
2. Loop and cycle markers do not show their cycle lengths it is difficult to read this. They need to be properly distinguished, show how long they are and coloured if possible. (maybe different light colours/highlights for the entire loop/cycle section on the playlist and to be honest loop and cycle is actually the same thing.)
3. Pressing shift while on the marker moves the cycle (it should move the marker with content)
4. Add "activate" and "deactivate cycle" without removing the cycle selection.
