Rename "stereo separation" or invert its value

Weirdly, the "stereo separation" value (on mixer tracks) is actually the inverse of stereo separation: setting it to 100% means 0% separation, i.e. 100% merged.

So it really should be called "stereo merge" or something to that effect. Or the value could be flipped around. That would of course break backward compatibility but in a future version this would be fine.
