Save cpu load, trigger effects only if sound plays through mixer insert

Basically, if any sound comes from an audio clip or what have you, the 0 bit becomes a 1 bit turning the effect slot to go from disabled to enabled and disabling when no sound plays, turning the bit back to 0. Although, there would be crazy latency issues and the audio may skip around. Maybe having an auto latency enable by using the latencies of all effects being on. Only sounds playing will have the effects, leaving more cpu load on those effects and disabling any effects that aren't being used.

Does this make sense? Sounds enable the effects trigger in the mixer but also disable the effects trigger.

I'm engineering and mixing single vocal stems into a choir of many vocals and I'm tired of exporting sections of the songs, using LOADS of plugins and demolishing my cpu in the process.
