Ungroup Idea for Playlist

Playlist: Grouping is awesome, but ungrouping is cumbersome. Here's the improvement!

Say you have 10 tracks in a group, and somewhere in the middle you have a track you want to ungroup. You have to right-click, ungroup, scrolldown, find it, then scroll it back to the group you want it, and then group it

FL is known for speed and this just isn't fast enough for FL's standards

Here's the fix:

OK, if we're moving things around grouping while holding Shift + Scroll, that is already telling FL that "hey, we're in grouping mode"
If we scroll to the bottom of a group, it stops and doesn't do anything.

Here is where the fix is... if we keep scrolling and scrolling, eventually let it ungroup itself. There is little room for mistake here since we're holding down Shift + Scrolling continuously for a reason
