As of now, the only two ways I know to rearrange Mixer tracks is:
1. Shift + Scroll Wheel (single-selection) or
2. Alt + Arrow Key (multi-selection)
Some features I've dreamed about:
-Way to insert tracks in a similar way that you can insert Playlist tracks.
-Move all tracks routed to selected track to the right of the selected track
-Type a Mixer track value to change it to
