Video Player visibility

Got a good one that has been an issue for enough people for about 5 years. Having a wrapper STAY ON TOP! I want Fruity Video Player to stay on top. I don't want it to close, I don't want it minimized or hidden behind anything, I want it on top. On top when it is selected and I click another vst, on top when it isn't selected and click a vst, I want it to be on top when I double click a sample/automation clip in the playlist. PLEASE. This has been an issue since 2017 at the very minimum, and it is such an easy fix considering it is proven multiple wrappers can be active at once.
