How about an option beside Split mixer tracks, so that there's a track number pre-fixed to the mixer track name?
For example instead of files being listed like this:
Kick
Snare
Hat
etc...
they come out numbered like this:
01 Kick
02 Snare
03 Hat
etc...
This would make it much more convenient and useful if you're exporting stems for another person to use [or making a remix of your own track], and it saves so much time and grief of manually ordering jumbled stem tracks.
