Add keyboard shortcut for [Tools] > [Last Tweaked]

Trying to automate or link vst params is a bit tedious. Having to twiddle the control in the VST, then go up to the tools menu, then the last tweaked menu, and then finally click automate or link midi is not the fastest. It would be nice if there was a keyboard shortcut that would automatically bring up the "last tweaked" window near your cursor. Twiddling a control and then execute a keyboard shortcut seems a lot nicer and faster.

Here's an image of the window that should pop-up next to your cursor when you execute the shortcut:

Of course, this is only useful for third party VSTs, since you can just right click the controls in native FL plugins, but still.
