I'd love to be able to the steps in the channel rack..

Or even Get rid of the controls too, so we can ONLY see the channel buttons and mixer tracks. Currently you can only minimise the steps down to 8. I'd love to see this window's options more flexible. Often i don't use the steps at all. in fact 99% of the time. I also almost never use the volume and pan controls there, as i do it in the channel itself. IE in the synth/sampler.

The only reason i use the channel rack now... is well.. .it's actually so rare i can't think of a reason for me to ever want to use it unless something's misbehaving in my playlist setup and i need to open it up.
