Hi FL Family, when I first came into contact with Reaper, I was amazed by its algorithmic adjustability.
Can you imagine? Multiple resampling modes to choose from, multiple Pitch Shifters to choose from??
They even allow you to choose fine parameters, such as Rubber Band Library "Preserve Formants, Independent Phase, M/S, Transients, Detector, Pitch Mode, Window"
DAMN! How Crazy!?
I've been using FL since my early days in music production a few years ago, and I used to think it was all I needed. But as my skill level increased, some of the algorithms in FL began to bother and restrict me, I mean... the sound that is obviously easy to get in other DAWs, in FL it's always not as good as it should be. Contacting Reaper brought me more new knowledge, let me know that different SRCs and different PSs can actually bring such different sound quality.
I highly recommend Image-Line to follow suit, I just want to do all the sound design in FL, and the current existing algorithms can no longer satisfy my ears.
Please add more SRC and Pitch Shifter Mode for FL
