Make TPM usage optional, not forced

During a recent hardware failure and some updates, we noticed that FL studio silently uses the TPM to store credentials required to unlock the software. What happens is that the TPM (or emulated fTPM for users without hardware TPM) locks the software into trial mode if it thinks the hardware of the system has 'changed' (this definition is extremely vague, some people have triggered with motherboards, some CPU, I triggered it with a RAM module today). This can also be triggered when updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11, even if the hardware stays constant.

Relying on the TPM requires that users are technically proficient with backing up key stores (most aren't, the MS account isn't a reliable backup either) and/or that the TPM is not generating false-positives (which they are, and will, until the implementation improves). Reactivate by email is easy as a fix, but it's irritating having to reactivate FL because of a flaky security flag - removing the TPM usage or making it optional would remove a weak link here.
