Adapt Gross Beat to time signature

i.e. if the time signature in the project settings is 3/4 or 5/4 gross beat will also show 5 beats or 3 beats, just like in the rest of FL (Playlist, Piano roll, Step sequencer, Envelope editors in various plugins). This is especially practical for when the time signature is greater than 4/4 so that 2+ slots don't have to be taken up.
