This track is roughly based on the poem "Death of the Ball Turret Gunner" by Randall Garrell.
From my mother's sleep I fell into the State,
And I hunched in its belly till my wet fur froze.
Six miles from earth, loosed from its dream of life,
I woke to black flak and the nightmare fighters.
When I died they washed me out of the turret with a hose.
The song follows some of the signiture craft techniques of the poem, and I also recite it at the end, for random listeners to understand what it was about. It turned out very nice, I think! I just started(maybe finished) it tonight, but I'm very happy with the way it turned out.
It's a strange mix of Hiphop and IDM, with orchestral elements.. I guess? You all know I'm horrible with genres!
