OT: Slim PC Case vs Normal PC Case

Anyone know if there are performance issues with PC's in slim cases?

Theres a great deal on at Dell for a Vostro desktop in a Slim case im thinking of getting (before XP disappears).

Or am I right in thinking its only a problem if you want to upgrade or add internal compnents?
