whats up everyone? long time no type!
i'm currently tracking some songs from my mpc to fl studio for mixing. (into the playlist)
the setup: mpc to presonus firebox, audio and midi
latency time is set to 2.5ms
mpc is master, fl is slave
when i arm mixer tracks in fl, whether one at a time or four at a time, hit record and press play to start fl recording, fl skips the the attack of the first note. on a kick drum, it sounds horrible because it doesnt hit as hard.
is anyone else experiencing this? this has made fl useless to record for me. at least slaved. i could always wait a bar or 2 and start, but then whats the point of syncing?
reflex informed me that edison is the prefered way to record in fl now, which doesnt really work for what im doing. http://forum.image-line.com/viewtopic.php?t=7856
so im wondering if anyone else is having this problem.
thanks
@reflex, im not trying to override you or anything, i just would like to know if others are experiencing this and what they think.
edit: i just noticed a new release candidate, i will have to try it, but my computer is in the shop. if anyone can confirm this, that would be great.
thanks
