Distortion Problem

Hello, I have a distortion problem in my track at 2 points. I wan't to remove it by lowering the volume so it won't point out at over 0db. How can I turn the volumes of every single sound at the same time down? Without lowering the master volume as that isn't any use. I have the distortion problem If I load it in a new project (the mp3) for mastering and boosting. In my project it's unhearable but its there. Also a limiter on the main has no use. No changes. I have attached a picture with this topic. I marked the volume knobs I want to turn all at once. Else I have to do all the channels manually.

Thanks
