Cannot load images in Online Edit

Hi all
If I want to place an image in Online Edit mode, , I am unable to choose a file previously uploaded in ordet to place it in the WEBsite. It worked well up to recently. Note: It seems I can just UPload an image from PC to server. And: what is an LBL Upload? I show you how Image Source does not respond/turn up even shen choosing/clicking an image online.
