MAJOR Vocal Bottleneck!!

I am hearing my voice when i speak in FL Studio except it sounds like 3 octaves higher and is played back super fast! it sounds just like a chip munk i really am having a hard time with this and solutions? i have the asio drivers. everything is set at 44100hz :(
