lgin to reserve event link error

Hi,

On Calendar event, click on Reserve takes me to my login page (html + widget)

After clicking login I end up on page404. The link at the top is:
https://www.opphla.com/https://www.opph ... d730ff60be&

Note the duplicate domain part. If I erase the duplicate domain part in the link I am correctly redirected to the event and I can reserve.

The registration to the event is possible for members only. There is no self-registration (I don't think that matters) I have group page access, i set calendar to "edit post'

Any idea why link is incorrect?
