VOLUME EXTREMELY LOW ON EXPORT

I have been using FLStudio for years and I've never had this issue before. Please let me know what I'm doing wrong.
OK, so now days I am running FL11 on Win10. I get my song ready for export. I do not mess with the master volume controls as they are at default level. The song sounds great in my headphones. I export it as the highest quality MP3 possible. I play the song in my car and I have to turn my volume up to MAX just to hear the song normally. What am i missing? Im not doing anything different from before on previous versios of FL. I have been searching and searching for fixes and I can't find any answers. Please help.
