Guestbook comment order

The guestbook on my site ( www.theairhead.co.uk) shows the oldest comments first, with new ones completely hidden unless someone clicks the appropriate date on the calendar at the bottom. I want my most recent comments to be visible but I can't find any way of re-organising the display. Any advice please?
